2017 Family Sessions Booking Now!

2017 Family Sessions

Although it is possible that other dates may open, should my schedule allow (so be sure to get on the wait list if these sell out), these will be the ONLY dates that I will be holding Family Sessions for 2017.

These sessions will take place outdoors at a location of my choosing (unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon). There will no longer be Family Mini Sessions- these are for full sessions. (see the website, www.elmcirclephotography.co for recent work, etc.) Once your date and time has been agreed upon, I will invoice you for your non-refundable retainer fee.

Again, once these slots are gone, that’s all folks.

Following are the dates for 2017 Family Sessions with Elm Circle Photography. But first, the boring stuff… ;)

The rain dates will ALSO be listed, so be sure to account for all listed dates, just in case….

The total cost of a Family Session is $275.

Sessions will include my time and talent, travel to the location of MY choosing (unless otherwise arranged), and (5) digital downloads with a print release.

Up to (6) people may be included in a session, with a fee of $20 per additional person.

You are promised one hour of time for your session.

You do have the option to add on the ENTIRE DIGITAL GALLERY for $225. This option may be added on anytime up to and including the day of your session. This guarantees your digital files sent to you the DAY your gallery is ready. However, after your session, additional downloads (over your included 5) will be the regular price of $20 each (keep in mind that most galleries have roughly 30-50 images. SooOOoo 30x20= $600ish if purchased afterwards).

To secure a date, you must EMAIL me at meredith@elmcirclephotography.com putting “family session” and the desired session date in the subject line. If you don’t email me, you may miss out, as that is where I will be looking for session inquiries first.

You will be sent an online invoice for your retainer of $75 (leaving your balance of $200 due the day of your session, with the option to add on your entire digital gallery that day for $225).

These dates cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or specials.

Invoices not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled and your date will not be secured.

Session guides will be sent out for your session type in the upcoming months, in plenty of time to prep for your session.

Keep in mind that the sessions WILL be scheduled in the evening in most cases, to capture the light that we all love. This may mean altering naps and mealtime if you have littles that will be included in the session.

Again, if these dates sell out, be sure to be added to the wait list, just in case, but booking now is your surefire way of securing a 2017 session date.
